MEGAN Doolan has joined Elders Minlaton as part of the branch’s expansion into the residential real estate market.

Megan started with Elders on June 1, working with branch manager Adam Pitt, and is keen to meet potential vendors and buyers in the region.

She is already working on six listings and says there is plenty of potential for the business to expand further.

Elders is offering a chance to win a Toyota RAV4 hybrid for those who book a free property appraisal, with entries closing on November 1.

Megan began her real estate career in 2020, working with the former YP Real Estate, which then became Ray White Yorke Peninsula.

Her achievements were recognised with three prestigious Ray White Premier Sales Consultant titles and she was selected to take part in the company’s elite Pathways Program.

Megan says she takes a down-to-earth and honest approach to working with clients and liaising with buyers.

“Buying and selling a house is probably one of the biggest things you can do in your life and I like to help people,” she says.

“Whether it’s someone that needs to sell up to go into a retirement home or move to Adelaide to be closer to family, or someone that’s trying to buy their first home, it’s a huge thing.

“I enjoy being able to help guide people through these critical decisions.

“My focus is on building lasting relationships within the community and helping more people turn their property goals into reality.”

Megan has lived on YP for 20 years and, between them, she and her partner Luke Dutschke have four children who attend Maitland Lutheran School and Minlaton District School.

The family has strong connections in the region and is heavily involved in sport through CMS Crows Football and Netball Club; the Stansbury basketball, cricket and golf clubs; Eastern District Cricket Club; and Minlaton Tennis Club.

“We live in Stansbury — it’s a great community to be involved in and a great place to bring up the children — I just love it,” Megan says.
