MY Support Loop has expanded its fleet of vehicles, improving accessibility for more members of the community.
The business has now been operational for about 18 months and is continuing to grow with the community need.
My Support Loop has staff across the southern Yorke and Wakefield areas, Copper Coast and northern Yorke, Port Pirie and Mid North, and soon Eyre Peninsula and Far North, Barossa and Northern areas.
“Our fleet of vehicles is able to support anyone in the community, not just those on the NDIS,” director Rachael Haynes said.
“Our drivers are also carers, so they’re able to help you should you require extra assistance.
“We recently purchased a six-seater van, with wheelchair accessibility.
“There are some wonderful community transport services in our community, and we see this complementing them.”
The My Support Loop team is extending its reach by working with other allied health service providers to improve support and services in the area.
“We want to create more opportunities for people to be engaged with their community,” Rachael said.
“We can offer transportation on a weekend, with the extra support of a carer as well.”
The My Support Loop team has more than 25 years of experience and is skilled within social and community participation, in-home support and support coordination.
Staff also possess skills in mental health and children with needs.
“We are not just a NDIS provider, we can do more for the community because we are a private entity,” Rachael said.
