Megan joined First National two years ago, became partner in 2021 and is now the director after the retirement of Robyn Janitz.

“It’s been a busy time for the business, with several new faces also joining the team,” she said.
“Mikayla Swayne is still our property manager and the friendly, bubbly face you’ll see when you walk through the door.
“She’s genuinely helpful and has become part of our family.
“Deb Copley is our senior property manager and comes to us with 20 years’ experience in the industry, including as a member of the REISA committee.
“We are extremely lucky to have her on the team.
“Krystel Darling is our inspection manager and will be familiar face to a lot of people, being born and raised the area.
“Professional and approachable, Krystel is a highly capable individual who goes over and above for her clients to build strong relationships.”
David Roker will also join the team as a sales agent at the end of October.
“He’s been a salesperson for almost his entire life and has an enthusiasm for the area and a wealth of local knowledge that will be of tremendous value to his customers,” Megan said.
“It’s incredibly important to me the staff on our team have the same values as I do.
“We’re a family business, with my husband Mick, a licensed sales agent, working during our busy times when we need a hand.
“One day, it is my hope my two girls will join the team too.”
