SPECSAVERS Kadina has opened its new, purpose-built store, designed to deliver the highest level of care and service to the local community.

The new store offers significantly enhanced facilities to ensure a seamless and comfortable experience for every customer.

“With five fully equipped optometry consulting rooms and four state-of-the-art diagnostic rooms, we are better positioned than ever to provide thorough, efficient, and personalised eye care,” optometry director Brooke Daws says.

“Additionally, we now have nine dedicated dispense bays, offering private and confidential spaces to discuss lens options and visual needs in detail.

“We are especially proud to introduce our upgraded contact lens bay — perfect for new contact lens wearers who wish to learn more about the process and explore the many available options.”

The expanded shop includes a fully accessible audiology room in anticipation of offering hearing tests in the near future.

“The entire store has been designed with accessibility in mind, including full wheelchair access across all areas,” retail director Rebecca Rich says.

“In addition to our improved layout and facilities, we are excited to now display an incredible 1106 frames on our custom illuminated shelving — the largest selection available in any Specsavers store.

“This extensive range ensures that every customer can find the perfect frame to suit their style, needs, and budget.”

Specsavers Kadina continues to offer free optical coherence tomography (OCT) to all patients at every eye test, and upgraded OCT technology ensures the most advanced imaging and diagnostic capabilities available.

“This commitment to innovation allows us to provide the most comprehensive and detailed eye examinations possible,” Brooke says.

“Our dedicated team remains at the heart of what we do.

“We are fortunate to have a passionate and experienced team, including three optometrists, two optical dispensers, and ten optical assistants — all of whom live locally and actively contribute to various community groups.

“We are also proud to support and sponsor several local sporting clubs and community initiatives.”

Rebecca and Brooke thanked Dentures Direct for allowing Specsavers Kadina to use their space during the renovation period, allowing them to continue serving the community.

The directors now look forward to welcoming customers into their new space and continuing to provide exceptional care.
