Wilchem introduces Signature All Pulse

AS farmers begin planning for the 2026-27 season, Wilchem has introduced a new product, Signature All Pulse, a combination of trace elements delivered as amino acid chelates.
Pulse crops such as lentils, faba beans and field peas play a vital role in modern farming
systems, particularly in nitrogen fixation and crop rotation.
Wilchem state manager Phil Venus says achieving optimal yields and grain quality depends not only on macronutrients, but also on careful trace element management.
“These micronutrients can have a significant impact on crop performance,” Mr Venus says.
“Signature All Pulse has been formulated to supply a broad range of trace elements with the aim of having the crop at peak health at the critical flowering window.
“Trace elements such as zinc, manganese, copper, magnesium, boron, molybdenum and iron are all essential for key physiological processes.
“For example, boron is critical for flower fertility (pollen production) and conversion from flower to pod.”
The Signature range of trace elements is well known across Yorke Peninsula, with many growers using Signature ZMC and Iron for many years.
The engine room of the Signature range is Amino Master -- a complex mix of more than 16 plant-available amino acids which, aside from chelating the trace elements for better tank mix compatibility, enhance the physiological processes of the plant, helping with water regulation, stress mitigation, chlorophyll synthesis and pollen production/grain set.
Mr Venus says amino acids such as proline, which supports pollen production, and arginine, which stimulates root growth and chlorophyll production, are present in Amino Master.
“The new All Pulse formulation includes higher levels of Amino Master to help drive flowering and grain fill,” he says.
“The application window from pre-flowering through to pod set (see recommended application rates on label) is aimed at keeping plants healthy at such a critical stage and improving the flower to grain conversion, ultimately improving yields.
“Wilchem MetaBoost is a great tank mix partner with Signature All Pulse.
“The Trichoderma spp metabolites in MetaBoost enhance plant resilience and stimulate plant growth, helping the plant maximise its potential.”
