KADINA Memorial School is opening its doors to current and future students’ families next Wednesday, August 3.

The tours, guided by principal Alistair Williams and the heads of school, will allow the community to hear about the educational programs delivered on site.

Staff will be available to answer questions and share the school’s achievements, including a 100 per cent SACE completion rate, the Arts and Agricultural Science opportunities, and showcase the school’s new state-of-the-art facilities.

The reception to year 6 tour will start at 5pm and will be followed by a secondary tour for parents with students across the school.

A separate year 7-12 tour focused solely on middle and senior school will also begin at 5pm.

“Kadina Memorial has inherited a strong foundation based on respect of the past, present and future, offering academic, sporting and extra-curricular opportunities, whilst encouraging students to reach their full potential,” Mr Williams said.

“We are excited to share our school with prospective and current families.”

The tour will include the Wambana early years centre and new performing arts theatre, as well as state-of-the-art creative and visual arts, design and technology, food and hospitality, science hub, middle school and senior school facilities.
