“Preventing social isolation in older age is so critical to keep us happy and healthy.”

Care in Motion is also a facilitator of the federal government’s Community Visitors Scheme.

“There is no need to feel down, lonely, or isolated, we are here to help,” David said.

“We can visit residential aged care facilities or in your own home if you are receiving or are approved for a

My Aged Care Home Care Package.

“There is no cost involved to participants.”

Care in Motion offers a range of transportation services, from medical, social, and business trips to the health bus, community bus and social trips.

A wheelchair accessible vehicle is also available.

Care in Motion clients and their families are full of praise for the services provided.

“Right from the first phone call we felt so good about getting help with transporting our mum,” Kaye K. said.
