FIRST National Real Estate Copper Coast has been recognised as one of the best performing real estate agencies in the state, sweeping the recent First National South Australia and Northern Territory Awards.

The agency claimed three office awards and five individual honours.

“These awards are a testament to my staff’s dedication to serving our clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity,” principal Megan Hill said.

“I am incredibly proud of our success and grateful for the contributions they make to our company, community and the real estate industry as a whole.”

Megan said the business has grown from strength to strength in the past 18 months.

“We are starting to see a lot of repeat business and resales, as well as new clients being referred by past clients,” she said.

“The individual awards are wonderful, but the awards won by the office as a whole, which consists of a small sales and property management team, is huge.”

Megan won the Platinum Award for Residential Commission and placed third in the Magnificent 7 Salesperson Award, while David Roker claimed the award for Highest Number of Rural Sales and New Salesperson of the Year.

The office was also named in the Magnificent 7 for sales, Highest Number of Exclusive Listings, Highest Number of Settled Sales, Highest Gross Sales Commission Rural and won the Elite award for Investor Relations Management Office.

Krystel Darling was acknowledged, taking home the Bill Marschall Spirit of the Community Award.

“Krystel gives so much of her time to our community, she couldn’t be more deserving of this award,”Megan said.

“She’s heavily involved in the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, the Lions club and RSL just to name a few.

“She recently received her five-year service medal from the WCH Auxiliary, we’re just so proud of her community mindedness.”

The community is a key part of business for the team at First National, with the recent announcement they will donate $250 from each sale to a local charity/club of the vendor’s choice.

“It is locals giving back to locals,” Megan said.

It’s just the latest in a number of things happening at the real estate agency.

“We’ve just moved into a new office in Moonta, and are thrilled to welcome Seah Williams to our team as a senior sales consultant,” Megan said.

“She epitomises hard work, honesty, and genuine care for others.

“With a heart that beats for the wellbeing of her clients and a passion for making dreams a reality, Seah has carved a remarkable path in the realm of real estate.

“Her journey is not just about transactions; it’s about building lasting relationships and creating homes where memories are made.

“With a tireless work ethic and an unwavering commitment to integrity, Seah has earned numerous awards throughout her illustrious career.

“Her love for her job shines through in every interaction, as she goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients’ needs are not just met, but exceeded.

“With Seah by their side, clients can rest assured that they have a dedicated advocate who will stop at nothing to help them achieve their goals.”
