Police search for missing woman

POLICE have temporarily suspended today's search for missing Seaton woman Charlene Warrior.

Charlene,21, and was last seen at Bute on Saturday, September 18. Police and family have concerns for her welfare.

An extensive search was completed today in Bute with local police, PolAir, STAR Group, Mounted Operations Unit, SES and CFS volunteers.

Police are also seeking assistance from the Bute community to check their properties especially any sheds and outbuildings.

Charlene is described as 157cm tall with a slim build, brown eyes and long black hair.

She has a tattoo on her collarbone “Every dark night has a brighter day” and a lower left arm tattoo “Family is forever".

Anyone who sees Charlene Warrior or has any information on her whereabouts is urged to contact police on 131 444.

The search is expected to recommence tomorrow (Saturday) at 7am.
