MARION Bay’s MBC Foods offers top-quality food to you in a passionate way by using Yorke Peninsula sourced ingredients in their catering services, retro style food van and product range.

Chef Caroline Bonnett started the business back in 2005. 

“Driving past the salt pans on the Yorke Peninsula inspired me to bring sea salt products to visitors and local people alike,” Caroline said. 

“MBC Foods is a multifaceted business, we offer quality catering on the Yorke Peninsula.

“I also started producing grinder salt, salt flakes and my salt and pepper coating range from Marion Bay.

“These are available in the region and are expanding into other locations throughout South Australia.

“We also have an eye-catching retro food van which travels around the region offering a unique seafood and street food experience.

“The food van can also easily convert into a mobile kitchen to assist with catering jobs.

“I love to showcase YP produce.”
