BOGBALLE is an innovative and world-leading manufacturers of precision fertiliser spreaders.
The Danish company invented the weigh cell technique used in modern spreaders in 1988 and developed the first-ever GPS connected fertiliser spreader in 1991.
But it hasn’t stopped there, with Bogballe continually developing features such as section control (now 80 sections), the extremely durable Flexi-Coat paint, ingenious “easy clean” capability, and “to/ from” border system which means the Bogballe spreader is ahead of the field in quality, precision and ingenuity.
“Bogballe’s sole focus on manufacturing linkage fertiliser spreaders has seen some exciting developments of late, offering new capabilities for farmers in-field,” Techgrow managing director Colin Mitchell said.
“We have seen unprecedented demand for the product throughout Australia during the past few years.
“This is due to the increasing appetite for best-in-class quality and spreading technology as farming practices reach new levels of professionalism every year,” he said.
“We are finding it is the cost of ownership equation which really matters to farmers, and that is where the Bogballe really shines through with its steadfast durability and ability to adapt to new technologies as they arise such as ISOBUS and enhanced mapping capabilities.
“The cost of ownership proposition for Bogballe is only compounded at present by the buoyant second-hand market, whereby upgrading to a new machine with increased capabilities is a lot more affordable than most realise.”
