Contentious Kadina solar farm proposal rejected by council development panel

The gallery of concerned residents and their supporters celebrated the decision, but the developer can still lodge an appeal in the state’s Environment, Resources and Development Court.
Golden Invest Pty Ltd applied to construct a 4.91MW solar farm on the 17.5-hectare allotment, about three kilometres south of the Kadina town centre.
