MEMBER for Narungga Fraser Ellis has defended himself against criticisms over his involvement in the Country Members Accommodation Allowance scandal, and subsequent corruption investigation.
Speaking in parliament on Tuesday afternoon, September 8, Mr Ellis criticised the Labor opposition, and reiterated his stance that he had not intentionally claimed the allowance outside of the rules.
Mr Ellis voluntarily paid back more than $40,000 in claims in July.
