SA bushfire review to highlight issues

A REVIEW of South Australia’s summer bushfires was presented to the state government on Thursday, June 25.

Former Australian Federal Police Commissioner Mick Keelty delivered his report, which looked at key issues including developing a new state bushfire plan, community warnings, major incident management and available resources.

Despite COVID-19 measures limiting community engagement, Mr Keelty received about 600 submissions and held more than 100 interviews.
