Police News... Extensive damage in Pt Vincent house fire

A roof-mounted evaporative air conditioner is believed to have started a fire that caused $250,000 damage to a Port Vincent home last Thursday, December 19.

The sole female occupant of the Main Street home and her two dogs escaped with minor burns.

CFS crews from Port Vincent, Stansbury, Minlaton and Curramulka arrived on scene in the early hours of the morning to find the house fully involved.
