ON reading the Copper Coast Council CEO’s report on Kadina Town Hall repairs and refurbishing upgrade now completed, at a cost of $1million-plus, I would now like to draw council’s attention to the appalling state of the rags (representing curtains) which have been hanging for so many years, in the Wallaroo Town Hall front windows.
