The Bormann family were among the first settlers of the Lobethal area in 1842, and we had a family reunion in Lobethal in October last year. There, a book was put out including names and information relating to about 9000 relatives Australia wide.
My father, Arthur, was one of 10 kids. His sister, Selma Bormann, married Algernon Earnest Pearce in 1927. I’m trying to track down my cousins, the Pearces, many of whom may be living on Yorke Peninsula. I’m very interested to find out what happened with Selma and her family.
