Shingleback signs spreading on YP

LITTLE wildlife warrior Jake Croker has had his shingleback lizard awareness signs displayed throughout the Copper Coast.

The Kadina 7 year old, who attends Wallaroo Mines Primary School, has been on a mission to save sleepy lizards since last year, after being overwhelmed by the large number struck and killed on roads.

Jake designed awareness signs which have been installed throughout Innes National Park, and wrote to local councils with the hope of getting his signs erected elsewhere on Yorke Peninsula.
