No speed reduction at Black Point

YORKE Peninsula Council has decided not to endorse a speed reduction for the township of Black Point.

Community members were asked if they wanted a speed reduction from 50km/h to 30km/h in December, 2018; however, there wasn’t a conclusive result and council moved to take no action.

Following this, Black Point Progress Association asked council to redo the survey with a third option to reduce the speed to 40km/h.
