BOWLS... Wallaroo’s Faith Scholes has been selected to play at the Australian Under 18 Bowls Championships at the Bendigo Bowls Club.
Yorke Peninsula locals have been selected to represent South Australia at the Australian Under 18 Bowls Championships in Bendigo from October 2-4.
Grace Moloney, of Arthurton, has been selected to play in the female pairs and fours competition while Wallaroo’s Faith Scholes will make her debut at state level playing in the triples and fours.
“I have never played bowls at this level before so I’m nervous but really excited to be given the opportunity,” Scholes said.
