FIRST Choice Plan Management is here to take the stress out of navigating the NDIS system.

The company, which started in February 2021, was formed by best friends Julie Pretty and Tricia McInnes.

Julie and Tricia have been able to use their lived experiences of the NDIS, as they have children who use the scheme, to benefit others.

“Julie had been working as a NDIS plan manager for a number of years and Tricia is a qualified accountant,” they said.

“Each of our NDIS participants has their own plan manager with direct mobile phone and email access.

First Choice Plan Management is based in Somerton Park, but has participants across Australia including Yorke Peninsula.

“We have dedicated plan managers and assist our participants to understand their funding and how to maximise the use of their funds as well as take the stress out of navigating the NDIS system,” Julie and Tricia  said.

“We also pay providers within two business days, which builds good relationships with regional providers.

“First Choice also offers a wellbeing check on our participants’ plans each quarter where we discuss matters such as funding spend to date, utilisation of their plan and support them if they need assistance finding providers.
