THE goal at Country Living Homes is simple — to turn clients’ dream homes into reality.

A large part of this is achieved through selections which is why the company has created its brand-new interior design studio — Studio Envy.

Studio Envy is located within Country Living Homes’ new head office in Moonta and showcases the quality brands and products which go into every Country Living Homes home.

It has been expertly created and developed to provide clients with an in-depth experience when it comes to selecting finishes and fittings for their new home.

“Our goal for Studio Envy was to develop a space that our clients can come into to touch and feel our products,” Country Living Homes director Mark Ravenscroft said.

“After 16 years in the industry, we understand clients can find selections overwhelming as it plays such a critical role in bringing their vision to life.

“That was really the driving force behind creating a tangible display space.

“We have constructed two kitchens and two bathrooms within the studio so our clients can walk through and see the final product of major items such as our cabinetry and tiling, right down to our tapware, showers and so on.

“We have found this to be a huge benefit, not only for selections but also at the initial sales stage.”

Studio Envy is bursting with different products, ideas and inspiration and showcases fixtures and fittings including appliances, doors, tapware and tiles.

Qualified interior designer Emily Casey works closely with clients to ensure their dream home goals are not only met, but exceeded.

Keeping up with interior trends and products, Emily is able to offer clients expert ideas and advice and walks them through every room of the house to ensure they are completely happy with their choices.

Watch this space though — there is still more on the horizon for Country Living Homes.

Mark and his team are in the process of expanding Studio Envy, taking it outdoors.

“We will be creating an exterior design space which will showcase verandahs, carports, outdoor kitchens, paving options and more,” Mark said.

“We are really proud of what we have already created for our clients and are excited about this new extension.”
