FIRST National Real Estate Copper Coast senior director Robyn Janitz has notched her third straight REISA Regional Property Manager of the Year Award.

Ms Janitz first brought up the feat in 2018, before winning in 2019 and again this year.

The win is her third in a row as the Real Estate Institute of South Australia Awards, sponsored by Compare and Connect, were cancelled in 2020.

Ms Janitz was one of more than 500 members of the state’s real estate industry who were hosted by comedian Georgie Carroll at a gala dinner on Saturday, November 13.

Ms Janitz said a key to her success has been the transparency and honesty she has held with clients.

“A property manager must remain unbiased, take on many challenges, have a thorough professional outlook and keep owners updated regardless of the situation,” she said.

“It’s also important our (First National) team works well to create synergy and efficiency.

Continuing to look for ways to improve systems and procedures has also been integral, Ms Janitz said.

“We have a dedicated team which offers assurance of absolute support and professional attention with genuine care and understanding,” she said.

“Our care begins with your first phone call and doesn’t end until we are satisfied our service has met your needs.”

Ms Janitz said her passion has always been to provide simple and successful property management.

“Dedication and a sound understanding of industry knowledge are key factors in delivering consistently outstanding results,” she said.

“I’m fanatical about performance and go to great lengths to ensure the full potential of every property.

“I enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life and believe the best results are achieved through open communication.”
