MILDWATERS Lawyers, Kadina, are proud to be the only practice on Yorke Peninsula with two registered conveyancers.
Candice Light joined the team in May 2021 as a conveyancing clerk, but has recently become a registered conveyancer, joining Annaleise Przibilla.
Candice was born on the West Coast but grew up in Ardrossan and now lives at Ward Hill, and is married with three children.
Candice brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new role, having worked locally in the surveying industry for 15 years in areas such as drafting plans, working on the roads opening and closing register, assisting council with various land issues and dealing with Land Services SA.
Her educational background includes the completion of a Bachelor of Science degree.
Annaleise grew up on a farm near Arthurton and is a fully qualified registered conveyancer after completing a Bachelor of Business (Property) at the University of South Australia.
She started her career in Adelaide, where she worked in a specialised conveyancing firm as a registered conveyancer for more than 16 years, before moving back home to Yorke Peninsula.
Annaleise has covered everything from residential and commercial property transfers to business sales, land subdivisions, caveats, easements, encumbrances and more.
She has quickly developed an outstanding reputation among the local community as the manager of Mildwaters Lawyers’ conveyancing arm.
Mildwaters Lawyers owner Kylie Mildwaters said the conveyancing team is well supported by Kerrianne Hage.
“Kerrianne has been with Mildwaters Lawyers since our inception eight years ago,” Kylie said.
“She works as an assistant to Anna and Candice, who can offer prompt, professional conveyancing services from our Kadina and Minlaton offices.
“Working with Annaleise or Candice on your conveyancing needs also means you get the benefit of lawyers as needed.
“This saves you extra time and hassle in terms of finding a suitably experienced lawyer, appointing and briefing them, as well as ensuring both conveyancer and lawyers work quickly and smoothly together in their client’s best interest.
“Our team of three lawyers are ready, willing and able to provide legal advice when and if required about a property transaction before documents are signed to ensure they meet their needs and don’t have any hidden nasties.
“We can also assist after documents have been signed and the transaction becomes a legal problem, including when our client is engaged in a property transaction and the other side of the transaction defaults.”
