Birthday celebrations at Optom All Vision Care
1 min read

OPTOM All Vision Care, Moonta, has established a reputation based on strong clinical care, accurate lens prescribing and quality eyewear since opening on October 3, 2006.

Optom All Vision Care is 100 per cent locally owned and operated by Lawrie Nolan, a qualified optical mechanic, optical dispenser and optometrist.

Lawrie also has post graduate qualifications in ocular therapeutics allowing him to manage and co-manage eye disease locally and prescribe PBS eye medication.

The success of Optom All Vision Care owes a lot to the wonderful dispensing and reception staff who have supported Lawrie over the years.

Wendy Halmai and Nikkita Aldridge have provided years of exceptional customer care while new team members, Kaila Johnson and Kaitlyn Millard are also here to help.

Optom All Vision Care stocks a wide range of quality frames and sunglasses and proudly uses prescription lenses from the Zeiss laboratory in the Tonsley Innovation District which provide unsurpassed optical quality.

Lawrie is proud of his family connection to Zeiss with his sister, Dr Angela Nolan, being a Senior Scientist within the Zeiss R&D lens design team located at the former Mitsubishi Motors assembly plant.

Lawrie celebrates another important milestone this week with October 5 marking 45 years since he began his optical career in Adelaide as a 15-year-old apprentice spectacle lens maker.

In 2022, Optom All Vision Care will move into a new purpose-built optometry rooms at 25 Ryan Street, Moonta.

The new building, constructed by local builders Country Living Homes, will include additional rooms to allow for a second optometrist, disabled friendly access and on-site parking.
