Final bargains at Homemakers and Sleepzone Kadina

IF you’ve been looking for a lounge, dining suite, mattress or even homewares, now is the time to get into Homemakers and Sleepzone Kadina.

The Taylor Street stores are having a massive end of lease sale, with some items up to 50 per cent off.

Owners Darren and Julie Riddle started selling Sealy mattresses about 17 years ago, and naturally made the transition to become a Sleepzone store in 2008.

The Riddles introduced their Homemakers store about 10 years ago but are now looking forward to their next opportunities.

Until the end of June, there are huge discounts on all floor stock in both the 35 and 39 Taylor Street stores.

“The Homemakers building has been sold and we have until the end of June to clear everything,” Julie said.

“Manchester, homewares and art will all be up to 50 per cent off and will be marked by a red dot.

“All our floor stock, both furniture and bedding, will be massively discounted.

“If you’ve been thinking about a piece, or are looking for a bargain, now is the time to come in.”

Homemakers also has a catalogue out now and Julie said they will continue to accept orders until the end of their time in the building.

“If you see something you like and we don’t have it, we’re still happy to order it — as long as it’s before the end of June,” she said.

“We’ll still take delivery of items after that date and we are happy to deliver items to you as well.”

The Riddles will continue to own and operate Peninsula Flooring Xtra from 39 Taylor Street.

“We thank our loyal customers during the past 14 years and we look forward to seeing their faces around the place or in the flooring shop,” Julie said.

“It’s been an honour to offer quality furniture and well-known brands to the area, as well as being part of the Homemakers family.”
