WHOLISTIC Heights, a Koolywurtie-based wellness studio, is celebrating its fifth year in business with a grand Spring Wellness Festival on Sunday, September 17.
This milestone not only marks the success of the business, it also highlights the importance of supporting local enterprises.
“Since its inception in 2018, Wholistic Heights has become a cornerstone of the community, offering healing, wellness and coaching to its loyal customers,” owner Amanda Cleland said.
“The Spring Wellness Festival promises to be a celebration like no other, with an abundance of activities and attractions for all.”
The festival will include live music by local artists, setting the stage for a day filled with joy and entertainment, as well as various stalls showcasing an array of local products, crafts, and delicious food.
From handmade artistry to organic skincare products, mandala art and vintage clothing, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
“The Spring Wellness Festival is not just about shopping and music; it is also an opportunity for attendees to enhance their wellbeing,” Amanda said.
“Workshops and interactive sessions will be held by experts in various fields, covering topics such as hypnotherapy, chakra dance, and a very special group channelling.
“Participants can learn new techniques to improve their mental and physical health, ensuring a holistic approach to wellness.”
Lucy Glazbrook will also speak about her journey with anxiety and depression to running a marathon in Melbourne and raising money for Beyond Blue in October.
Amanda said she thanked the community for its unwavering support.
“We wouldn’t have reached this milestone without the incredible support of our customers and the community,” she said.
“This festival is our way of giving back and celebrating together.”
