COUNTRY Living Homes has claimed a major award at the recent 2023 South Australian HIA Awards night.
The company, which has its head office in Moonta, won the Project Home Award for a Hamptons-style two-storey home.
“(It) captures views from the front of the home, as well as the rear, with adjustments from the original design,” the judges’ comments read.
“Overall, this home has been thoughtfully designed to achieve a cohesive coastal interior style.”
CLH also won the Modular and Prefabricated Housing Award, adding
to its recent successes at the industry awards.
“We’re incredibly proud of our achievements, it’s a testament to our entire team,” director Mark Ravenscroft said.
“This win (the Project Home Award) is a major win, which now puts us in the running for the national awards.
“For us as a country builder to win these awards, as well as consistently be in the top 10 builders in South Australia (this year at number 7) is wonderful recognition of the entire team.”
It is almost 18 years since CLH first opened its doors and it is due to the hard work of Mark and the entire team, that it has grown it to what it is today.
“It really has been a lot of hard work, but we have a wonderful culture, driven in part by our many long-term staff,” Mark said.
“We were really lucky through Covid that we did not lose any staff, we have a really great team who love their work and I think that flows through to our clients.
“I’ve always said you’re only as good as the people around you, and we’ve put a lot of time in to build a really great team who help us continue to innovate and grow.”
