THOUSANDS RAISED... Southern Yorke Peninsula Basketball Association held a charity night in memory of Charlie Hoile, of Stansbury, on Friday, February 5. Charlie was an elite multi-sport athlete and beloved community member who lost his life to cancer at age 16 last month. Pictured, SYPBA president Ivan McMahon hands a basketball to Charlie’s mother Megan Hoile, who then tossed it to start the Yorketown v Curramulka men’s A grade game.
