UNTIMELY... Cafe Moonta owner Gillian Rice was disappointed in the timing of roadworks in the main street of Moonta (George Street). The road was closed to traffic for three days and continued to be an eyesore throughout the Kernewek Lowender Cornish Festival, with bunting, cones and fencing an unpleasant distraction during Friday’s street parade.
