REGARDING the article last week (YPCT 14-2-12) about the Wallaroo North Beach Tourist Park increasing the annual fees for weekend visitors; this is going to push a lot of people away.
This annual fee is regular income for the council and increasing it will not solve any financial situations.
Over the past five years the running of the park has declined to the point where Adelaide holidaymakers are hesitant to come back.
Regular incomes are more profitable and secure than a quick-fix solution.
