WALLAROO’s RSL sub-branch is one of the first on Yorke Peninsula to reach its centenary, and the community is invited to join in the celebrations.
The sub-branch was chartered on August 1, 1918, and 100 years later to the day members will start five days of festivities to acknowledge the milestone.
The public is invited to an open day featuring historical displays at the Wallaroo RSL rooms, 10 Elizabeth Street, tomorrow (Wednesday).
