Water bills held to CPI

SA Water has announced water and sewerage price adjustments for 2018-19 will be capped at 1.9 per cent on average, to reflect the Consumer Price Index.

“South Australian households are facing a number of cost of living pressures, from rising energy bills to unjustified council rate hikes,” Minister for Environment and Water David Speirs said.

“The Marshall Liberal government has a strong reform agenda to help ease the cost of living for SA households and lower costs for businesses.”
