Blake Gutsche selected for Indian tour

After being accepted into the Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy program six weeks ago, 18-year-old Blake Gutsche, of Yorketown, now finds himself organising travel plans for India.

Selected as recipient of the Lord’s Taverners Scholarship for disadvantaged cricketers, Gutsche’s inclusion in the team vindicates the move to Adelaide to focus on improving all aspects of his game.

The DLCA squad, all aged 18-19 years, will play seven games in 11 days against local teams in Delhi and Mumbai, April 7-18.
