Last year, the question arose regarding some new shirts for Maitland Rifle Club. 
“It had been some time since we bought some club shirts plus some new members had joined and there were no shirts for them,” club spokesperson Greg Klopp explained.
“New member Chris Tucker came up with the shirt material and found a business which could make them.
“The shirts worked out to be quite expensive and Chris came up with the idea of asking some major businesses in and around Maitland for some sponsorship towards the shirts. In return, they would have their business logo screen printed onto the shirt.
