Relaxing at home

WITH the hectic lifestyles many people lead, it is important their home environment allows them to relax and recharge.

Vault Interiors director and principal stylist Justine Wilson suggests people consider turning their homes into mindful living spaces.

“Mindful living spaces are designed with the purpose of reducing depression and anxiety, and supporting an overall sense of wellbeing by offering a relaxing respite from our daily lives,” Ms Wilson said.
