A $1.7MILLION home at Port Hughes is still for sale despite expressions of interest closing at the end of January.
rehouse1The five-bedroom home, owned by The Dunes developer Peter Butterly, has been on the market since September.

Brock Harcourts agent Grant Slatter said several expressions of interest had been received and he is currently negotiating with potential purchasers.

“We are continuing to deal with some interested parties; there are a couple of groups we are currently working with and we will be making a decision within the next week whether to leave it on the market or to still negotiate,” Mr Slatter said.

Elders Upper YP and Copper Coast’s Matt O’Donoghue said he has had interest in his high-end homes, but has received few genuine offers.

“I have one house on Harry’s Point Road which is close to $1million, but we are finding if people want to spend that sort of money it has to be beachfront,” Mr O’Donoghue said.
