Entertain Us (03-01-2018): The best albums of 2017

AS we ring in the new year, YP Country Times staff look back on their favourite albums of 2017. The challenge? To describe each record using only five words (hyphenated words count as one but must be used correctly).

Tallied, our collective album of the year is the rock epic Go Farther in Lightness by Gang of Youths followed closely by Lorde’s pop odyssey Melodrama. Rap king Kendrick Lamar is a distant third with his endlessly-quotable album Damn.
