Police News... Operation Alliance to protect community clubs

YORKE Mid North Local Service Area’s latest operation aims to help community groups often targeted by theft.

Police have noted an increase in the number of reported break-ins at comm-unity and sporting clubs within the region including at Yorketown, Snowtown and Lochiel since Monday, October 8.

As part of Operation Alliance, police are working with clubs that are frequently targeted such as bowling and football clubs and RSL sub-branches.
