Sounds by the Sea and Wine by the Waves

THE annual Wine, Wheels and Whiting has been revamped to include two events this year — Sounds by the Sea and Wine by the Waves.

The collaboration between Copper Coast and Clare and Gilbert Valleys Councils originally aimed to attract cycling enthusiasts, but extended to become an event for the whole family.

“The original concept was to bring together the Clare Valley wine, Copper Coast seafood and both regions’ strong cycling culture in a weekend of bike riding and festivities,” Copper Coast Council tourism and events officer Chloe Barrett said.
