$120,000 granted for YP sport

SPORT and recreation clubs, and other community organisations, will share in $120,000 through the state government’s Active Club Program.

Eight groups have received a slice of the $2.133million granted state wide for projects ranging from equipment purchases to resurfacing courts and installing irrigation systems.

Coobowie Tennis, Stansbury Sports and Community, Curramulka Com­munity, Arthurton Basketball, Wal­laroo Football, Kadina Basketball, Port Wakefield Bowling and Wallaroo Golf Clubs will benefit.
