YORKE Peninsula can claim several Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games stars.

Stephanie Talbot, formerly of Kadina, won gold in the basketball with her Opals basketball teammates.

Henry Frayne, son of long-time Kadina dentist Dr Geoff Frayne and wife Anna Frayne, won silver in the men’s long jump, and Moonta’s Will Godward competed in the three positions rifle shooting.
