Wallaroo Shores development a step closer

WALLAROO Shores is one step closer as the construction of a road through the development is about to start.

Developer Monopoly Property Group will pay Copper Coast Council for the construction after elected members voted to impose a $7million separate rate on the development for the road.

Of that money, $400,000 will be set aside for a whole-Copper Coast economic development plan.
