Fergus gets his boat back

A BOAT and trailer stolen from Minlaton in 1999 were recently recovered by authorities.

Fisheries detected a Yorketown man and an Adelaide man illegally netting at Gleeson’s Landing earlier this month.

It was subsequently discovered the aluminium tinnie and trailer were stolen from Minlaton nearly 19 years before. Owner Fergus McErlean was notified of the discovery about a fortnight ago.
