WHILE other kids were playing in the dirt, Moonta’s Stephen Stock was sifting through it to see what treasures he could find.
Mr Stock, a self-confessed hoarder, has always been fascinated by antiques and collectables and has been a second-hand dealer for 37 years.
His interest in collecting started when the Moonta National Trust museum shifted from Moonta to Moonta Mines.
“We would travel past the museum every day and it inspired me to want to start my own museum,” Mr Stock said.
