GRAIN growers preparing for the 2012 cropping season are being equipped with a useful resource.
The Grains Research and Development Corporation’s 2012 Ground Cover Paddock Diary has been published and mailed out to growers throughout the southern cropping region.

The large-format diary offers pages for recording paddock data as well as a host of other valuable seasonal information.

It includes details and resources relating to crop growth stages, pests, diseases and weeds, herbicide resistance, the Australian Cereal Rust Control Program, spray calibration and application, water use efficiency and planting rates.

Rainfall record charts, weights and measures and conversion charts are also included.
