I WAS surprised at some of the comments in the last issue of the Country Times (4-12-12) supporting the concept it is acceptable to drive 10 to 20km/h under the legal speed limit.

National award for Port Giles mission

SINCE establishing a Mission to Seafarers to serve Port Giles just over 15 months ago, Chaplain Geoff Harrison, his wife June, lower Yorke Peninsula Anglican parish priest Father Thomas Karama and a small group of volunteers have visited about 4000 seafarers aboard 40 ships which have come into the port.
