Yorke Peninsula export Jaimi Tabb, who plays for West Adelaide, was one of four South Australians in the under 18 girls’ Allies side that played Victoria on Friday evening at Adelaide Oval.
This elite fixture was the curtain raiser to the annual E J Whitten clash, both played in wet, cold weather.
The match featured the best young female players in the country, showcasing footballers involved in the AFLW under 18 national championships held on the Gold Coast in July.
