Yorke Peninsula girls swoop on Eagles footy opportunity

Six Yorke Peninsula girls have been selected to play for Woodville-West Torrens Eagles Football Club in the 2018 Statewide Super Shield.

Ardrossan’s Jasmine Smith, Bute’s Hayley Brown, Port Victoria’s Tayla Coles, Kadina’s Kayleigh May and Moonta sisters Jaimi and Jaida Tabb were selected in the under-15 and under-17 sides.

“Woodville-West Torrens is joining the Statewide Super Shield and the SANFLW for the first time. It’s exciting to be a part of it all,” Jaimi said.
