Riders compete for zone chance

Riders from the Northern Yorke Peninsula (Moonta), Kadina, Balaklava and Clare Pony Clubs competed for the chance to represent the Central Zone Pony Club at the Kadina club grounds on Sunday, August 26.

Preliminary and novice dressage, showjumping and horse/pony of the year were all hotly contested as were mounted games as riders wanted the opportunity to compete at the Pony Club Association of South Australia State Championships at Kimba in October.

Sheridan Starick-Kemp (Kadina) and Imogen Elsworthy, Charlie Penna, Renee Smith, Mackenzie Weltman and Michelle Reynolds (NYP) will compete in the preliminary dressage competition while Weltman, Smith, Penna and Daniel will ride in the novice category.
